Castle Home Management covers everything from walking the exterior of your home, using binoculars to check your roof, collecting mail from your post box, removing packages from your porch, checking your boats and dock, to the interior visual checks of your circuit breakers (if there has been a power outage), plumbing (running the taps to the sinks, baths and showers, flushing toilets and waiting for the tanks to fill), and HVAC (adjusting thermostats to seasonal settings, etc.)

We can liaise with local service providers as needed, open and close-up your home when you visit and even go shopping before you arrive so when you return to your home, you can relax the moment you step inside!

Reporting When We Check Your Home

Castle Home Management utilizes HomeWatchIT for our operating systems. This allows us to create a custom checklist geared to your home and your needs. You will receive a digital report after each check showing the time, GPS location, what we found and pictures if required. Additionally we offer a portal to access past reports of our checks.

Exterior Check:

We visually check your roof to identify damaged shingles, plugged gutters or damaged drainpipes

We visually check outside windows and doors for forced entry or visible signs of water or pest damage and we open and close garage doors to maintain door openers

A visual check of your dock/ boat can identify problems early

Interior Check:

We run water in all sinks and tubs; flush toilets and check for visible plumbing leaks

We visually check ceilings, under sinks and appliances that use water like washing machines, dishwashers, refrigerator/freezers looking for leaks

We check Electric panel for tripped breakers

We monitor thermostats and check humidity levels and seasonally adjust home temperature

We can have your car and/or boat washed/detailed and fueled ready for you to use

We can schedule a chimney Inspection and sweeping (if needed) as well as gutter and roof inspection and cleaning

Need something repaired? We can arrange for on-demand handyman services

Lighting and decorating for holidays and events
